Introduction
You will find the articles available in your Avenue listed in Monitoring. You can decide which articles are displayed using the filter header at the top of the page. The next chapter explains how to use the filter function and how to save filters. Using the options situated below the filter header, you can sort the list view according to your preferences and display the results in groups. The list view settings can be found to the right of the Selection drop-down list. In settings, you can select which article information should be shown in the list.
Your filtered results will be displayed on the left. Articles with very similar titles and content may be grouped together. If they are grouped together, the notification “X similar articles” will appear. You can select multiple articles and apply an action to all of them at once. The number of items selected (articles and contacts) will be shown on the left in the orange box above the list of articles. By moving your cursor over the number of selected articles, you can choose to display the selected articles only or clear the selection. As long as at least one article has been selected, the actions available for a selection of articles will appear in this box. Four options appear automatically, and other options can be viewed by clicking on the ellipsis. The light grey column on the right is called the Homeboard and acts as a quick access menu, helping you to filter your articles as efficiently and quickly as possible. Once a report is selected in the list view (left), the Homeboard is replaced by the detailed view for the selected article. This is where the metadata for the article can be viewed. Exactly which metadata are shown can be defined in the detailed view settings found above this column . You can return to the Homeboard by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner of the detailed view.
